Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) via Royal Mail. Delivery in the UK can typically take 3-5 days from dispatch.

We ship all orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class (unless delivery upgrade was selected) which aim to be with you in 1-3 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us. If your order has still not arrived, please contact PurposeBuilt via email.

If you have chosen to upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail Tracked 48, you can enter your tracking number, which can be found on your shipping confirmation email, on the Royal Mail website – https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
