Orders will typically be processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery in the UK can typically take 3-5 days from dispatch.

We ship all orders via Evri (unless a delivery upgrade was selected) which aims to be with you in 2-3 working days (from dispatch). Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us. If your order has still not arrived, please contact PurposeBuilt via email.

If you have chosen to upgrade your delivery to Express Shipping (1-2 days from dispatch), you can enter your tracking number, which can be found on your shipping confirmation email, on the Evri website –  https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel
